Our transparent approach to membership fees and refunds

Overview

At FreeHit Gym, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to all our members. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we may provide refunds for our services.

Please read this policy carefully as it governs your rights regarding payments made to FreeHit Gym.

Membership Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for new memberships. During this period, you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund, provided you have not used the gym facilities.

Note: To be eligible for a refund during the cooling-off period, you must not have accessed the gym facilities or attended any classes.

After the 7-day cooling-off period, standard membership fees are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Medical conditions preventing gym use (with valid medical certificate)
  • Relocation outside of service area (more than 25km from any FreeHit Gym location)
  • Substantial change to service offering by FreeHit Gym

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training packages are refundable under the following conditions:

Cancellation before any sessions used Full refund Must request within 7 days of purchase
After some sessions used Pro-rata refund for unused sessions Administrative fee of ₹500 may apply
Trainer unavailable Option to reschedule or full refund We will provide 24 hours notice when possible

To cancel personal training sessions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged.

Group Classes & Workshops

Group classes and workshops are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a credit toward future classes rather than a cash refund.

If FreeHit Gym cancels a class or workshop, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise purchased from our pro shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, undergarments, or earphones unless they are defective.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The method of refund will generally be through the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account once we have initiated it.

  • In person: Visit our front desk during business hours
